Mazda Motor Corporation's production and sales results for August 2015 are summarized below.

1. Domestic Production

Mazda's total domestic production volume in August 2015 increased 16.0% compared to August 2014 due to increased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda3 (Axela):	13,773 units	(down 20.2% year-on-year)
Mazda6 (Atenza):	10,262 units	(up 10.0% year-on-year)

2. Overseas Production

Mazda's overseas production volume in August 2015 increased 24.0% year-on-year due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

II. Domestic sales

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in August 2015 increased 25.6% year-on-year, due to increased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 6.8% (up 2.1 points year-on-year), with a 2.6% share of the micro mini segment (down 0.6 points year-on-year) and a 5.3% total market share (up 1.2 points year-on-year).
